Candle Subscriptions
Every month, you'll receive a 30cl large beautifully scented coconut wax candles, hand picked by myself to perfectly compliment the time of year.
We'll ship your box on the 2nd of every month, or the next working day if this falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday.
*Subscribe by 1st of the month and we will ensure you receive that month's box.
Subscription orders placed on and after the 2nd will be for the following month's box.
You'll be billed every 30 days. Please note shipping is calculated at checkout.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We take great care when packing and shipping your items so that they arrive in the perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, or an item that is damaged during transit, please send an email to STARANDSPARKLECANDLES@GMAIL.COM with a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item.
If the damaged item is still in stock, we will send you a replacement. However, if the item is out of stock, we will process a refund as soon as possible.
If for some reason, you changed your mind or are unhappy with the product received, we will happily refund the cost of that item provided that you return it to us in its original condition. Unless you are returning damaged or incorrect items, we are unable to cover the return costs.
SHIPPING INFO
Once you place the order and it has been fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email. In case you do not receive the confirmation email, please let us know by emailing starandsparklecandles@gmail.com and we will update you on the order status.
